Ratifying Invoices that were paid from June 2015 through May 2016
and approving invoices for payment.
BE IT RESOLVED BY TIRZ BOARD OF DIRECTORS:
Section 1. That the TIRZ hereby ratifies invoices that were paid from
June 2015 through May 2016 pursuant to Exhibit A.
