A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Pearland, Texas, awarding a bid
for the purchase of a 3 -Dimensional Laser Scanner in the amount of $68,805.93
from FARO Technologies.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PEARLAND, TEXAS:
Section 1. That competitive bids the purchase of a 3 -Dimensional Laser Scanner have
been reviewed and tabulated.
Section 2. That the City Council hereby awards the bid to FARO Technologies, in the
amount of $68,805.93.
Section 3. The City Manager or his designee is hereby authorized to execute a contract
for the purchase of a 3 -Dimensional Laser Scanner.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this the 25th day of April, A.D., 2016.
