A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Pearland, Texas, awarding a bid
for the purchase of thirty-seven (37) fleet vehicles from Caldwell Country
Chevrolet -Ford in the amount of $1,157,139.47 through the TASB Buyboard.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PEARLAND, TEXAS:
Section 1. That contract pricing for the purchase of fleet vehicles has been obtained
through the TASB Buyboard Program.
Section 2. That the City Council hereby awards a bid to purchase thirty-seven (37) fleet
vehicles from Caldwell Country Chevrolet -Ford in the amount of S1,157.139.47 through the TASB
Buyboard.
Section 3. The City Manager or his designee is hereby authorized to execute a contract
for the purchase of fleet vehicles.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this the 14"' day of December, A.D., 2015.
