P. 1. in the City Ball by Iua<<or Gibbons with the following city,- officials
and guests in attendance:

The mayor reported that the ,people owning the tract of land for the
water plant site have been contacted and negotiations are in progress.
The City attorney was instructed to prepare a contract for the water plant
site purchase offer.
The City Attorney advised that contracts have b:=en ;prepared on the
garbage disposal site and for the lots adjacent to the city hall.

A lengthy discussion evolved over conflict of interest on engineering
hatters. it ?„ias agreed to table action on this matter fora ireek to
consult with 1k::r. '�alsh.
A motion was made by Smith that authori.zati.on be graited to extend T;rater
and selrrerage service for lot 1 through lot 8 block 2, Pe<::rland Townsi to for
4 houses for Pearland Lumber Company according to ``� 00 policy of
the water district. I,-otion seconded by- U® i. i,Iolen. All Aldermen voted
"Aye” frith no "Noes".

Lunsford be advised to proceed acting as deliquent tax attorney for t -he
city of Pearland and to proceed with suits for deliquent taxes. 4-11
