R2015-131 A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Pearland, Texas, approving Task Orders 1A and 1B with Cobb Fendley for program management, construction management and construction observation services for the Hooper Road Project in the estimated amount of $130,350.00. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PEARLAND, TEXAS: Section 1. That the City council previously approved a Master Services Agreement with Cobb Fendley. Section 2. That the City Council hereby approves Task Orders 1A and 1B under the Master Service Agreement, in the estimated amount of $130,350.00, for services associated with the Hooper Road Project. Section 3. The City Manager or his designee is hereby authorized to execute Task Orders 1A and 1B associated with the Hooper Road Project.
