A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Pearland, Texas,
awarding a unit supply bid for waste water polymer services with Fort
Bend Services, in the estimated amount of $115,000, beginning
November 15, 2014 through November 14, 2015.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PEARLAND, TEXAS:
Section 1. That the City opened bids for waste water polymer services, and such
bids have been reviewed and tabulated.
Section 2. That the City Council hereby awards the bid for waste water polymer
services to Fort Bend Services in the unit price amounts reflected in Exhibit "A" attached
hereto.
Section 3. The City Manager or his designee is hereby authorized to execute a
supply contract for waste water polymer services.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this the 10th day of November, A.D., 2014.
