Whereas, the hereinafter named has unselfishly contributed time, talents and energies to serve
the people of the City of Pearland; and
WJereao, such contribution has become a part of the foundation upon which this City stands;
and
VJereafi, the members of the City Council of the City of Pearland, Brazoria, Harris, and Fort
Bend Counties, State of Texas deem it fitting and proper to recognize the service and
