A resolution of the City Council of the City of Pearland, Texas, awarding
a bid for landscape maintenance services to Maldonado Nursery
Landscaping, Inc., in the amount of $500,390.00.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PEARLAND, TEXAS:
Section 1. That competitive bids were obtained for landscape maintenance
services.
Section 2. That the City Council hereby awards the contract to Maldonado
Nursery Landscaping, Inc., in the amount of $500,390.00.
Section 3. The City Manager or his designee is hereby authorized to execute a
contract for the purchase of landscaping maintenance services.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this the 19th day of May, A.D., 2014.
