A resolution of the City Council of the City of Pearland, Texas, rejecting
all competitive sealed proposals for the Sports Complex at Shadow
Creek Ranch, Bid No. 2014-18.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PEARLAND, TEXAS:
Section 1. That the City Council hereby rejects all competitive sealed proposals
for the Sports Complex at Shadow Creek Ranch, Bid No. 2014-18.
Section 2. The City Manager or his designee is hereby authorized to issue a
Rejection of Bids notice to all responders.
PASSED. APPROVED and ADOPTED this the 19th day of May, A.D., 2014.
