R2002-0032 02-25-02 RESOLUTION NO. R2002-32 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PEARLAND, TEXAS, AWARDING A BID FOR DEMOLITION SERVICES ASSOCIATED WITH THE FEMA BUY-OUT PROGRAM. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PEARLAND, TEXAS: Section 1. That the City opened bids for demolition services associated with the FEMA Buy-Out Program, and such bids have been reviewed and tabulated. Section 2. That the City Council hereby awards the bid to GSB Environmental, Houston, Texas in the amount of: $68,850.00. Section 3. The City Manager or his designee is hereby authorized to execute a contract for demolition services associated with the FEMA Buy-Out Program. PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this the 25 day of February A.D., 2002.
