A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PEARLAND,
TEXAS, AWARDING A BID FOR PURCHASE OF FLEET VEHICLES.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PEARLAND, TEXAS:
Section 1. That contract pricing for the purchase of fleet vehicles has been
obtained through the TASB Buyboard Program.
Section 2. That the City Council hereby awards a bid to purchase one vehicle
from Philpott Motors, one from Grapevine Dodge/Chrysler/Jeep, and one scissor -type lift
unit from Stamm Manufacturing in the total amount of $105,475.35.
Section 3. The City Manager or his designee is hereby authorized to execute a
contract for the purchase of fleet vehicles.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this the 16th day of December, A.D., 2013.
