A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PEARLAND, TEXAS, APPROVING AN OFFER FOR THE TAX RESALE
OF CERTAIN PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE CITY.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PEARLAND,
TEXAS:
Section 1. That the City Council hereby approves a tax resale offer to purchase
the property identified in Exhibit "A" attached hereto. Account Number 0504-0023-000.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED this 9th day of December, A.D., 2013.
