PEARLAND, TEXAS, APPROVING AN OFFER FOR THE TAX RESALE
OF CERTAIN PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE CITY.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PEARLAND,
TEXAS:
Section 1. That the City Council hereby approves a tax resale offer to purchase
the property identified in Exhibit "A" attached hereto. Account Number 2751-0001-000.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED this 9'" day of December, A.D., 2013.
