BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PEARLAND,
TEXAS:
Section 1. That the City of Pearland, Texas, hereby accepts
the attached Deed from Thomas P. Alexander, David L. Smith, Jr.,
and Samuel H. Vester, Jr.
Section 2. That the City Secretary is hereby authorized and.

VESTER, JR., not joined herein by their wives since the property
hereinafter conveyed constitutes no part of their business or
residential homestead, of Harris County, Texas, hereinafter called
GRANTORS, for and in consideration of the sum of TEN AND NO/100
DOLLARS ($10.00) cash in hand paid by CITY OF PEARLAND, a Texas ·
Home Rule Municipal Corporation, hereinafter called GRANTEE, the
receipt of which is hereby acknowledged and confessed, and other
good and valuable consideration; HAVE GRANTED, SOLD AND CONVEYED
and by these presents do GRANT, SELL AND CONVEY, unto the said
GRANTEE the following described property, surface only, being
situated in Harris County, Texas, to wit:
TRACT A
stubbed end of Wekford Street, Green Tee Terrace, Section One,
a subdivision in Harris County, Texas, according to the map or
plat thereof recorded in Volume 170, Page 28 of the Map
Records of Harris County, Texas.
TRACT B
A one-foot wide strip of land which runs from the western
terminus of Tract A, Wekford Street in Green Tee Terrace,
Section One, to the northern terminus of Tract A.
This conveyance is made and accepted subject to all
restrictions, reservations, covenants, conditions, rights of way
and easements of record in the office of the County Clerk of Harris
County, Texas, affecting the above-described property. Conveyance
of surface only.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above-described property and premises,
together with all and singular the rights and appurtenances thereto
in anywise belonging, unto the said GRANTEE, its successors and
assigns, forever, and the GRANTORS do hereby bind themselves, their
heirs and assigns to WARRANT AND FOREVER DEFEND, all and singular,
the said premises unto the said GRANTEE, its successors and
assigns, against every person whomsoever claiming or to claim the
same or any part thereof.
