Notice is hereby given that the Board of Directors of Tax Increment Reinvesnneot Zone Number
One,also known as Village of Edgewater Estates Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone,will hold
its next Board meeting on Friday,July 31, 1998 at 9:00 a.m, in the City Council Chambers at
Pearland City Hall, 3519 Liberty Drive, Pearland,Texas,77581,to consider, discuss and adopt
such orders,resolutions or motions and take such other direct or indirect actions as may be
utecssa y,convenient, or desirable with respect to the following matters:
1. Call the meeting to order.
2. Approve the minutes of the June 26, 1998 Board meeting.
3. Consider and approve Edgewater Estates. Section Three plans and specifications for the
construction of storm, sanitary and water lines.
4. Consider and authorize advertisement for bids for the construction of Edgewater Estates,
Section Three storm, sanitary and water lines.
5. Consideration and possible action on bids submitted for Edgewater Estates, Section Three
storm,sanitary and water lines.
6. Review and approve pay estimates for Edgewater Estates, Section One storm, sanitary and
water lines.
%. Consider and approve schedule of regular meetings.
8. Report from Developer.
9. New Business.
10.Any other matters which may properly come before the Board.
