A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PEARLAND, TEXAS, AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER OR HIS DESIGNEE TO EXECUTE AN ENGINEERING CONTRACT AMENDMENT WITH WALSH/FREESE AND NICHOLS, INC. Location of any back comers found must be shown and called for on the right-of-way maps, parcel plats, and metes and bounds descriptions in order to have a monumented Point of Commencement (P.O.C.) per TxDOT Standards. This file should also contain the design centerline which must be shown on the right-of-way maps. Baseline Corporation will ground truth the new aerial planimetric by a combination of field inspection and making comparisons with our previous ground survey in order to identify unlabeled objects.
