A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PEARLAND,
TEXAS, AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER OR HIS DESIGNEE TO
NEGOTIATE A CONTRACT WITH THE ENGINEERING CONSULTING
FIRM OF TURNER, COLLIE & BRADEN FOR PROGRAM MANAGEMENT
SERVICES ASSOCIATED WITH THE PROPOSED BOND ISSUANCE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PEARLAND, TEXAS:
Section 1. That the City Manager or his designee is hereby authorized to
negotiate a contract with Turner, Collie & Braden for program management services
associated with the proposed bond issuance,
