R2001-0049 04-23-01 RESOLUTION NO. R2001-49 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PEARLAND, TEXAS, ACCEPTING A GENERAL WARRANTY DEED FROM SOUTHWESTERN BELL TELEPHONE. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PEARLAND, TEXAS: Section 1. That the City hereby accepts the attached General Warranty Deed from Southwestern Bell Telephone ("SWBT"). Section 2. That the City Secretary is hereby authorized and directed to record such General Warranty Deed in the Real Estate Records of Harris County, Texas.
