It was noted by the Planning and Zoning Commissioners that the minutes from the
January 18, 1999 regular meeting were already approved, and Commissioner Lopez made
a motion to approve the February 8, 1999 minutes as submitted, and Commissioner Beltz
seconded the motion.

B. CONSIDERATION AND POSSIBLE ACTION — Preliminary Plat of
"AAA" Storage — Pearland, a subdivision of 10.4535 acres in the Lots 103
and 112, West Friendswood Subdivision, in the Perry and Austin League,
Abstract No. 111, Pearland, Brazoria County, Texas.
Mr. Smith stated that Mr. Hargrove asked that he would recommend staff approval as
presented.
Discussion ensued regarding the city limit line, and it was noted that there is just a small
corner of the plat that is located inside the city limits and it is in the northeast corner.
