A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PEARLAND,
TEXAS, AWARDING A BID FOR THE OFFICIAL NEWSPAPER OF
RECORD FOR PUBLISHING CITY LEGAL NOTICES.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PEARLAND, TEXAS:
Section 1. That the City opened bids for the Official Newspaper of Record in the
City, and such bids have been reviewed and tabulated.
Section 2. That the City Council hereby awards the bid to the Pearland Reporter
News, at the rate of$2.75 per column inch of legal advertisements.
Section 3. The City Manager or his designee is hereby authorized to execute a
contract with the Pearland Reporter News.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this the 23rd day of July, A.D., 2012.
