A RESOLUTION OF THE DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY OF
PEARLAND (DAP), ACCEPTING THE INVESTMENT REPORT FOR
THE QUARTER ENDING MARCH 2012.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE DAP BOARD OF DIRECTORS:
Section 1. That the Board hereby accepts the Investment Report for the Quarter
ending March 2012.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED this 23`¢ day of April, A.D., 2012.
