A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PEARLAND, TEXAS, ACCEPTING A GENERAL WARRANTY DEED
FROM THOMAS P. ALEXANDER, DAVID L. SMITH, JR., AND
SAMUEL H. VESTER, JR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PEARLAND, TEXAS:
Section 1. That the City hereby accepts the attached General Warranty Deed
from Thomas P. Alexander, David L. Smith, Jr., and Samuel H. Vester, Jr.
Section 2. That the City Secretary is hereby authorized and directed to record
such General Warranty Deed in the Real Estate Records of Harris County, Texas.
