RESOLUTION NO. R2012-36
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PEARLAND, TEXAS, AUTHORIZING THE USE OF AVAILABLE FUND
BALANCES TO MAKE COMPENSATION ADJUSTMENTS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PEARLAND,
TEXAS
Section 1. That staff is hereby authorized to proceed with compensation
adjustments using existing fund balances from fiscal year budget 2012.
Section 2. That the compensation adjustments herein authorized shall be an
average of 2% one-time payment (non -recurring) to employees hired prior to October 1,
2011; and a 2% policy pay plan step increase (recurring) effective April 1, 2012.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED this 26th day of March, A.D., 2012.
