A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PEARLAND,
TEXAS, AWARDING A BID FOR PURCHASE OF PANASONIC
TOUGHBOOKS FOR THE POLICE DEPARTMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PEARLAND, TEXAS:
Section 1. That contract pricing for the purchase of Panasonic Toughbook's has
been obtained through the State of Texas Cooperative Contract.
Section 2. That the City Council hereby awards a bid to purchase twelve (12)
Panasonic Toughbook's from SHI International Corporation, in the amount of $53,760.00.
Section 3. The City Manager or his designee is hereby authorized to execute a
contract for the Panasonic Toughbook's.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this the 26th day of March, A.D., 2012.
