A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF PEARLAND, TEXAS, FINDING
AND DETERMINING THE POPULATION OF THE CITY OF PEARLAND
TO BE 23,016.
WHEREAS, the 1990 Census placed the population of the City
of Pearland at 18,697; and
WHEREAS, by reason of continued growth, that number has
increased appreciably; and
WHEREAS, the City's governing body is authorized to deter-
mine and declare its population at a number it finds to be cor-
rect; now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PEARLAND,
TEXAS:
Section One. That the City Council finds and determines and
therefore declares the population of the City of Pearland to be
23,016.

This is a guide to the various civil and criminal justice activities
operative in Texas cities and towns. Please include in the enclosed
questionnaire the total and drug-related expenditure and revenue data
for any of the activities listed below which exist in your city or town.
