R92-25 08-10-92 RESOLUTION NO. R92-25 A RESOLUTION DECLARING CERTAIN MACHINERYAND EQUIPMENT AS SURPLUS AS TO THE NEEDS OF THE CITY OF PEARLAND, TEXAS, AND AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CITY MANAGER TO SELL SAME AT PUBLIC AUCTION, AND ESTABLISHING AUGUST 28, 1992, FOR THE CONDUCT OF SUCH AUCTION. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PEARLAND, TEXAS: Section 1. That all of that certain machinery and equipment, as listed at Exhibit "A" hereof, which is incorporated herein for all purposes, is hereby declared to be surplus to the needs of City of Pearland. Section 2. The City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to sell that equipment and machinery as listed at Exhibit "A" at public auction. Section 3. August 28, 1992 is hereby determined to be the date of the aforereferenced public auction and the City Manager, or his designee, is hereby directed to give notice of the time, date and place thereof in such manner as he should deem appropriate in the circumstances.
