A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PEARLAND,
TEXAS, AUTHORIZING THE ACCEPTANCE OF 1.75 ACRES FOR THE
DEVELOPMENT OF A CITY PARK.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PEARLAND, TEXAS:
Section 1. That certain 1.75 acres (hereinafter "Property") depicted by a map
attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof for all purposes, has been offered
to the City for use as a City park.
Section 2. That the City Manager or his designee is hereby authorized to execute
any and all documents required for the transfer of the property to the City.
