A member receiving the NIMS 400 certification will receive a point value increase of $0.50. 4.1.10 Members that accept a Fire Line Officer's position will receive an increase to their stipend point value. This increase is deserved because of the amount of time these members will spend above what the standard point system will provide. The following increases will be received: Volunteer Station Lieutenant - $0.25 / point, Volunteer Captain - $0.50 / point, Volunteer Training Officer - $0.75 / point, and Volunteer Assistant Chief - $0.75. 4.1.11 An additional increase to a members point value will be received for length of service with Pearland Fire Department.
