R78-15 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PEARLAND, TEXAS, AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE AS ACCEPTED AND APPROVED A TWENTY (20') FOOT ALLEY EASEMENT FROM THE QUALITY DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION. BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Pearland, Texas, that the Mayor be, and he is hereby authorized to execute as accepted and approved a twenty (20') foot alley easement on and across Lots 9 through Lot 24, Block "B" of the Town of Pearland, Texas, from the Quality Development Corporation to the City of Pearland. Said point also being the South- west corner of Lot 24. THENCE East along the North right-of-way line of Plum Street , said line also being the South prop- erty line of Lot 24 a distance of 100 . 00 ft . to a point for corner. Said point being the PLACE OF BEGINNING of this alley easement description. THENCE North a distance of 300 . 00 ft . to a point. Said point being in the North property line of Lot 13 . THENCE North 13 deg. 50 min. 05 sec. West a dis- tance of 103 . 07 ft . to a point . Said point being THENCE South 13 deg. 50 min. 05 sec. East a dis- tance of 103 . 07 ft. to a point .
