A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PEARLAND,
TEXAS, AWARDING A UNIT SUPPLY CONTRACT FOR STABILIZED
BASE ROAD MATERIALS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PEARLAND, TEXAS:
Section 1. That the City opened supply bids for stabilized base road materials,
and such bids have been reviewed and tabulated.
Section 2. That the City Council hereby awards the bid to Dorsett Brother and
Cherry Crushed Contrete, Inc., in the unit price amounts reflected in Exhibit "A" attached
hereto.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this the 22nd day of November, A.D., 2010.
