A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE RIGHT-OF-WAY DEED FROM THE RING
COMPANY TO THE CITY OF PEARLAND, TEXAS, DEED ATTACHED AS
EXHIBIT "A".
WHEREAS, the City of Pearland, Texas, is in need of a right-of-
way across the land which is described in the Deed attached hereto as
Exhibit "A";
WHEREAS, the Grantor is willing to grant to the City of Pearland
said right-of-way;
WHEREAS, the Grantor is the fee simple owner of said property;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PEARLAND, TEXAS:
SECTION 1. That the City of Pearland, Texas, hereby accepts the
attached Right-of-Way Deed from the Ring Company to the City of
Pearland, Texas, for the purpose as set out in the Right-of-Way Deed
attached hereto.
SECTION 2. That the City Secretary is hereby authorized and
directed to file such Deed in the Real
County, Texas.

That THE RING COMPANY, a Texas Corporation, of the County of
Brazoria and State of Texas for and in consideration of the sum
of TEN ($10 .00) AND NO/100 DOLLARS and other valuable consid-
eration to the undersigned paid by the grantee herein named, the
receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,
have GRANTED, SOLD AND CONVEYED, and by these presents do GRANT,
SELL AND CONVEY unto The City of Pearland of the County of
Brazoria and State of Texas, all of the following described real
property in Brazoria County, Texas, to-wit:
A 40 .00 foot strip of land for road widening out of Lot
16-D, H.T.& B.R.R.Co. Survey, Section 11 , Abstract 239,
Brazoria County, Texas, and being more particularly
described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point at the intersection of th east right of
way line of McLean Road and the north right of way line of
Magnolia Street, which bears East a distance of 20 .00 feet
and North a distance of 20 .00 feet from the southwest corner
of the aforementioned Section 11 , Abstract 239, Brazoria
County, Texas;
THENCE NORTH along the east right of 'way line of McLean
Road, a distance of 40 .00 feet to a point for corner;
THENCE EAST, parallel to and 40 .00 feet north of the north
right or way line of Magnolia Street, a distance of 1299 .97
feet to a point for corner in the east line of said Lot
16-D, also being the west line of Magnolia Place Mobile Home
Park, Phase II;
THENCE S 00° 02 ' 11" E along the east line of said Lot 16-D,
a distance of 40.00 feet to a point for corner in the north
right of way line of Magnolia Street;
THENCE WEST along the north right of way line of Magnolia
Street, a distance of 1300 .00 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING1
