RESOLUTION NO. R2010-93
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PEARLAND,
TEXAS, AWARDING A BID FOR THE PURCHASE OF GENERATORS FOR
THE CORRIGAN AND WEST MARY'S CREEK STORM WATER PUMP
STATIONS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PEARLAND, TEXAS:
Section 1. That contract pricing for the purchase of generators has been obtained
through the Houston -Galveston Area Council.
Section 2. That the City Council hereby awards the contract for the purchase of
generators to Waukesha -Pearce Industries of Houston, in the amount of $97,251.00.
Section 3. The City Manager or his designee is hereby authorized to execute a
contract for the purchase of generators.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this the 12th day of July, A.D., 2010.
