A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PEARLAND,
TEXAS, AWARDING A BID FOR REPLACEMENT OF VALVES AND
RELATED EQUIPMENT AT THE CITY'S BARRY ROSE AND LONGWOOD
WATER TREATMENT PLANTS AND LIFT STATIONS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PEARLAND, TEXAS:
Section 1. That the City solicited bids for replacement of valves and related
equipment at the City's Barry Rose and Longwood water treatment plants and lift stations,
and the sole bid has been opened, reviewed, and tabulated.
Section 2. That the City Council hereby awards the bid to STP Services, in the
amount of $58,730.00.
Section 3. The City Manager or his designee is hereby authorized to execute a
contract for replacement of valves and related equipment at the City's Barry Rose and
Longwood water treatment plants and lift stations.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this the 14th day of June, A.D., 2010.
