A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PEARLAND, TEXAS, AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER OR HIS
DESIGNEE TO PARTICIPATE IN AN INTERLOCAL COOPERATIVE
PRICING ARRANGEMENT WITH THE HOUSTON-GALVESTON AREA
COUNCIL (HGAC) FOR THE PURCHASE OF RADIOS FOR POLICE
VEHICLES AND MOTORCYCLES.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PEARLAND, TEXAS:
Section i, That contract pricing has been obtained through interlocal cooperative
partner HGAC for the purchase of radios for police vehicles and motorcycles.
Section 2. That the City Manager or his designee is hereby authorized to
participate in an interlocal cooperative pricing arrangement with the Houston-Galveston
Area Council (HGAC) for the purchase of radios for police vehicles and motorcycles in the
amount of $29,488.18.
