A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PEARLAND,
TEXAS, AWARDING A BID FOR THE PURCHASE MOBILE AND
PORTABLE RADIOS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PEARLAND, TEXAS:
Section 1. That contract pricing for the purchase of mobile and portable radios
has been obtained through the Houston -Galveston Area Council.
Section 2. That the City Council hereby awards the contract for the purchase of
mobile and portable radios, in the amount of $79,504.60.
Section 3. The City Manager or his designee is hereby authorized to execute a
contract for the purchase of mobile and portable radios.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this the 25th day of January, A.D., 2010.
