BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PEARLAND, TEXAS: Section 1. Thatthe City Engineering staff.has reviewed the Master Drainage Plan and finds it is compatible and consistent with the City of Pearland drainage criteria. Section 2. That certain Master Drainage Plan, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof for all purposes, is hereby authorized and approved. This approval is required for the developer to complete the platfmg process and move forward into the initial constructionphases of the project. The SCR Master Drainage Plan encompasses 3,467 acres &land on the west side of SH 288 within the Pearland City limits. The property is bounded on the north by Clear Creek, on the south by County Road 92 (Future FM 518), on the east by State Highway 288, and on the west by Farm to Market Road 521. City engineering staffhas reviewed theplan and finds it is compatible with the City of Pearland criteria and is acceptable. RECOMMENDED ACTION Pass a motion approving the Master Drainage Plan for Shadow Creek Ranch
