A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PEARLAND,
TEXAS, AWARDING A BID FOR THE PURCHASE OF A FLEET
MANAGEMENT SOFTWARE SYSTEM.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PEARLAND, TEXAS:
Section 1. That bids for the purchase of a fleet management software system
have been reviewed.
Section 2. That the City Council hereby awards the contract to CCG Systems,
Inc., in the amount of $52,950.00.
Section 3. The City Manager or his designee is hereby authorized to execute a
contract for the purchase of a fleet management software system.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this the 14th day of December, A.D., 2009.
