RECORDS, AND BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
COMMENCING at the northwest corner of said A.C.H. & B.R.R.
Company Survey Section 2, said corner being also the northwest
corner of Lot 1 of the L.W. Murdock Subdivision and the south-
west corner of the A.C.H. & B.R.R. Company Survey Section 1.
THENCE south along the west line of said A.C.H. & B.R.R. Company
Survey Section 2, a distance of 78.52 feet (ca11.78.20 feet) to a
1/2" iron rod found for a point on curve, said point being also
in the south right-of-way line of Magnolia Road, an 80.00 foot

2, continue a total distance of 664.16 feet to a point for
corner and being on the common line between Lot 4 and Lot 8 of
said A.C.H. & B.R.R. Company Survey Section 2.
THENCE S 89°10'33" W, along the common line between Lot 4 and
Lot 8 of said A.C.H. & B.R.R. Company Survey Section 2 and across
said 40' dedicated right-of-way a distance of 40.00 feet to a
1/2" iron rod found for corner and being the point and the PLACE
OF BEGINNING;
The above described 40' dedicated right-of-way contains 26,567.64
