WHEREAS, a petition for annexation has been duly signed and acknowledged by each and every person or corporation having an interest in the territory to be annexed, to -wit: TRACT / Of 17.5769 acres of land being a portion of Lots 104 thru 107 and Lots 87 thru 90 of the Allison & Richey Gulf Coast Home Company Subdivision, as recorded in Volume 4, Page 48 of the Map Records of Harris County, Texas, and being situated in the T.
