Iirreas, the hereinafter named has unselfishly contributed time, talents and
energies to serve the people of the City of Pearland; and
Whereas, such contribution has become a part of the foundation upon which this
City stands; and
Whereas, the members of the City Council of the City of Pearland, Brazoria,
Harris, and Fort Bend Counties, State of Texas deem it fitting and proper to
