Close Dixie Farm Road Water and Sewer Improvements project (FNI Project No. 99-767); (Longwood WWTP to Oakbrook). To do this, attached is a construction cost estimate and two original copies of Change of Contract to finalize the design phase fee and delete the remaining tasks from the project. The final design phase fee is computed based on the estimate provided since project was based on Percent of Construction method. As you know the design phase of this project has been complete for sometime, but we had not billed 100% pending outcome of status of bidding and construction phases of the project. An invoice reflecting the remainder of design phase fee will be submitted upon your approval of Change of Contract. Please forward one copy of executed Change of Contract to us. 2. Close Dixie Farm Road Sewer Improvements Project (FNI Project No. 02-109): (Oakbrook to Cowart's Creek). To do this, attached are two copies of Change of Contract showing the final design phase fee (same as original since it was lump sum) and deletion of remaining tasks. This project is essentially complete. We only need to plot the final plans, seal and sign them. The remaining design fee would cover this cost and costs incurred previously which have not been billed pending outcome of status of bidding and construction phases of the project. An invoice reflecting the remainder of design phase fee will be submitted upon your approval of Change of Contract. Please forward one copy of executed Change of Contract to us. Mr. Joe Wertz Page 2 3. Remove the water project from Mary's Creek Bypass to SH 35 out of the TxDOT's project, modify, and prepare a new set of plans. 4.
