EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
The City Council at the May 1 public hearing indicated its desire to hold a second workshop prior
to adopting the proposed changes to the Land Use and Urban Development Ordinance. However,
due to the fi:equent requests for variances associated with yard requirements on cul-de-sacs, it has
been recommended that the City Council take action on this amendment separately. Therefore, the
proposed ordinance will allow 20 foot set backs on certain lots located on cul-de-sacs.
RECOMMENDED ACTION
Consider Ordinance No. 509-E.
