A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PEARLAND,
TEXAS, AUTHORIZING A SEISMIC TESTING PERMIT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PEARLAND, TEXAS:
Section 1. That Premier Geophysical has applied for a Seismic Testing Permit for
the area covered by Exhibit "A" attached hereto.
Section 2. That the City Council hereby approves a Seismic Testing Permit for
Seismic Testing.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this the 5th day of anuary, A.D., 2009.
