CITIZEN COMMENTS None. COUNCIL/STAFF DISCUSSION Mayor Pro -Tem Berger asked since there are not any utilities in the right-of-way is there a downside for the City abandoning this right-of-way? City Attorney, Darrin Coker, stated the Staff cannot find any downside in this particular situation. There are no easements. Typically if there was going to be an abandonment by the City and there were easements where there were utilities in the area. The City's requirement would be contingent upon the execution of the easements back to the City, and that would be required prior to that actual abandonment.
