A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PEARLAND,
TEXAS, AWARDING A BID FOR THE PURCHASE OF PIPE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PEARLAND, TEXAS:
Section 1. That the City obtained competitive pricing for the purchase of pipe to
be used for improvement to the West Lea drainage system.
Section 2. That the City Council hereby authorizes the purchase of pipe in the
amounts of $110,440.26 from O'Day Rental and Supply and $8,650.00 from MDN
Enterprises.
Section 3. The City Manager or his designee is hereby authorized to execute a
contract for the purchase of pipe.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this the 8t" day of September, A.D., 2008.
