AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY Of PEARIAND,
TEXAS, AMENDING EXHIBIT'B" Of ORDINANCE NO. 1023 AS IT
APPLIES TO PLATTING FEES; CONTAINING A SAVINGS CLAUSE, A
SEVERABILITY CLAUSE AND A REPEALER CLAUSE; PROVIDING FOR
CODIFICATION, PUBLICATION, AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BYTE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PEARLAND, TEXAS:
Section1. That the charges and fees contained in the attached Exhibits 1180 are
hereby amended.
Section Savings, All rights and remedies which have aamedinlavorofthe
Cltyunderthis Chapteranc amendments thereto shall be and ampresemedforthebenefit
of the City.
Section3 Severability. If any section, subsection, sentence, clause, phrase or
portion of this Ordinance is for any reason held invalid, unconst0utlonal or otherwise
unenforceable by any court of competent juhsdictlon, such piton shall be deemed a
separate, distinct, and independent provision and such holding shall not affect the validity
of the remaining portions thereof.
Section 4. Repealer. All ordinances and pads of ordinances in conflict
hemwrth are hereby repealed but only to the Sent af such conflict,
Section 5. Codfication. It is the intent of the City Council of the City of
Pearland, Texas, Ihatthe provisions of this Oinance shall becod6ied in the Cltysofflcial
Code of Ordinances as provided hereinabove.
Section 6. Publication and Effective Dale. The City Secretary shall cause this
Ordinance,orltsccaption,tobepublishedintheofflcialnewspaperaftheCityof Pearland,

upon passage of such Ordinance. The O dinance shall then become effective ten (10)
days from and after its publioatlon, or the publication of its caption, in the official Clty
newspaper.
