Associate Office Manager Attachments I'21 A420.i:T:ABid Phase~,4ward fiecommendation.dnc Contractor Reference Check On July 7, 2008, I spoke with the following people: Mr. Eddie Ching (713-731-8940) of the United States Army Corps of Engineers. Eddie had no problems with LECON, Inc. and said LECON did good work and was a good company. He would use them again. Mr. Gary Zika (713-684-4000) of Harris County Flood Control District. Gary had nothing but good things to say about LECON's work on past and current jobs with HCFCD. They do good work and Gary said he would use them again. LECON is currently doing several jobs with HCFCD. Mr. Bradley Jenkins (281-363-4039) of Jones & Carter, Inc. LECON has done several jobs for Jones & Carter. They have been very responsive and according to Bradley, LECON continues to bid their jobs and Jones & Carter continues to recommend them. Bradley said he wouldn't have a problem using them on fixture jobs. Jason Keyling (713-462-3178) of Pate Engineers, Inc. Jason couldn't recall any issues with LECON on the jobs he has had with them. He would rank them high amongst the better dirt contractors and would recommend LECON for future jobs. On July 8, 2008, I received a voicemail from Omar Escobar with LJA Engineering, Inc. He indicated that LECON did an overall good job on the project he had with them. (~ lG~=~ Nikolas (Nick) Kotsatos, P.E.
