LONG, ENGINEERING TECHNICIAN, ENGINEERING DATE: 03-01-1999 FROM: R.J. FRASER, LIEUTENANT, PATROL DIVISION VIA: RE: STOP SIGN I have received a request regarding the placement of a four-way stop sign at the intersection of Wood Creek and Winding Creek. The limited line of sight when stopped westbound on Winding Creek and looking south onto Wood Creek creates a traffic hazard. Due to this traffic hazard, I am recommending that this intersection be designated a four-way stop. Additionally, 'Stop Ahead' signs should be placed on approach to the intersection on Wood Creel r. Please arrange for the ordinance so that these signs can be placed and enforced. R.J.
