RESOLUTION NO. R2007 -115
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PEARLAND,
TEXAS, APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO.1 ASSOCIATED WITH THE
EXPANSION OF THE KNAPP SENIOR CENTER.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PEARLAND, TEXAS:
Section 1. That Change Order NO.1 associated with the expansion of the Knapp
Senior Center, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof for
all purposes, is hereby authorized and approved.
Section 2. That the City Manager or his designee is hereby authorized to execute
and the City Secretary to attest Change Order NO.1 associated with the expansion of the
Knapp Senior Center.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this the23rd day of July, A.D., 2007.

After evaluation of the proposed Change Order No. 1 we have determined that the amount
for the deductions is fair and equitable for the City. Based upon the evaluation BRW has
issued a Change Order to reflect the changes in the scope of work and the contract price.
