A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Pearland, Texas, ratifying expenditures in the
amount of $84,888.70 and amending a contract for fire apparatus preventative maintenance
and repair services with Siddons Martin Emergency Group, in the additional amount of
$200,000.00.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PEARLAND, TEXAS:
Section 1. That the City Council hereby ratifies expenditures in the amount of
$84,888.70 for fire apparatus preventative maintenance and repair services and authorizes the
amendment of a contract for the purchase of fire apparatus preventative maintenance and repair
services in the additional amount of $200,000.00.
Section 2. That the City Manager or his designee is hereby authorized to execute and
the City Secretary to attest an amended contract for fire apparatus preventative maintenance and
repair services.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this on the 28th day of September, A.D., 2026.
